Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
- Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service by understanding client needs and providing knowledgeable style recommendations.
- Assist in daily boutique operations, including maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the sales floor is organized and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier.
- Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to a positive, energetic team atmosphere.
- Support your Boutique Manager and team with additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of the store.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring enthusiasm and a strong customer-first attitude.
- A genuine passion for fashion retail and a keen interest in current trends.
- A Form 5 DSE graduate with a good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- A self-motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Outgoing, responsible, and a true team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Available to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
