Key Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will be a key player in our operational scaling, with responsibilities including:
- Strategically optimizing our end-to-end supply chain and logistics costs to improve efficiency and customer delivery.
- Managing inventory and packaging forecasting, preparing data analysis, and placing procurement orders to support rapid growth.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and lead time reductions across our network of suppliers and service providers.
- Coordinating inbound logistics of products and returns from our global factories to our third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Reconciling supplier billings, identifying discrepancies, and helping to streamline or automate the process.
- Assisting with data-driven pricing decisions and interfacing with our 3PL to ensure smooth, efficient fulfilment to customers.
Qualifications
We are looking for a sharp, motivated individual who is:
- A mature recent graduate or professional with a few years of experience (the role will be tailored to your seniority).
- Possessed of strong analytical skills, ideally with a background in engineering, economics, finance, or a related field.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and is dedicated to continuous personal and professional improvement.
- Exceptionally thorough, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex processes.
- Tech-literate, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively with others in a multicultural environment.
