Key Responsibilities
As a Security Officer, you will be integral to maintaining our secure and serene environment. Your duties will include:
- Performing daily security operations, including access control, regular patrols, and professional incident handling.
- Proactively monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, and the Fire Life Safety System.
- Managing the hotel’s key control program and performing lobby duties with a professional presence.
- Responding promptly and effectively to all accidents and emergency situations to assist guests and staff.
- Protecting the safety and security of all guests, staff, their belongings, and hotel assets.
- Supporting compliance with all safety audits and reviews, and maintaining accurate reports and investigations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable professional who meets the following criteria:
- Form 5 education or above.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant security working experience.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Holder of a valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit.
- Knowledge of CCTV, BMS, and AFA systems; experience in report writing and investigations.
- Honest, self-motivated, responsible, and able to perform shift duties.
- Holder of First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications is a distinct advantage.
