Key Responsibilities

As the COO, you will be the strategic and operational helm of the company, responsible for:

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a unique blend of technical depth and executive acumen:

  • A PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the semiconductor, energy, or advanced materials sectors, with significant exposure to both academia and industry.
  • At least 5 years in leadership-management roles with direct responsibility for guiding technical teams and strategic decision-making.
  • A strong, hands-on technical background in semiconductor processes, materials, and related technologies.
  • A proven ability to lead R&D teams and successfully translate advanced research into commercial, application-driven solutions.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments (e.g., foundry, process engineering) is a strong advantage.
