Key Responsibilities

As a welder with our team, you will contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality components from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing precision welding on various metal components as part of our agricultural aftermarket parts manufacturing process.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to meet exact specifications.
  • Operating an overhead crane (certification provided if needed) to safely move materials and components.
  • Working collaboratively within the shop team to ensure efficient workflow and maintain our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Assisting with general shop duties and equipment maintenance as required.
  • Contributing to our culture of continuous improvement by sharing ideas for enhancing processes and product quality.

Qualifications

We are looking for a team-oriented individual who possesses the following:

  • A preferred minimum of two years of relevant welding experience or completion of a welding apprenticeship program.
  • The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment weld test to demonstrate your practical skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a shop environment.
  • The capacity to work both independently on assigned tasks and cooperatively as part of our close-knit team.
  • Experience with or knowledge of the agricultural industry is considered a valuable asset.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and a long-term career.
