Key Responsibilities
In this specialised role, you will be the key person ensuring the final presentation of homes is perfect. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your daily tasks will involve:
- Performing precise paint touch-ups, minor repairs, and remedial work on interior and exterior surfaces in completed and occupied homes.
- Maintaining the highest possible standards of finish and tidiness while working in clients’ living spaces.
- Working both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of the wider maintenance crew.
- Liaising directly with the Maintenance Manager to schedule, prioritise, and efficiently complete a list of jobs.
- Ensuring all work is carried out with minimal disruption to homeowners and leaves the property in impeccable condition.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this detail-focused role will possess the following attributes:
- Proven painting experience, either as a qualified tradesperson or a time-served professional with a strong portfolio of work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a truly high-quality finish.
- The ability to work tidily, respectfully, and professionally within occupied family homes.
