Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out assembly and pre-delivery inspections of new agricultural equipment
  • Perform a full range of mechanical service work, including scheduled servicing, diagnostics, rebuilds, and breakdown repairs
  • Work across orchard and vineyard tractor and accessory product ranges, developing technical expertise
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the lifecycle of their machinery
  • Support the service team in process improvements and best-practice initiatives
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians and apprentices, sharing technical knowledge and skills
