Key Responsibilities
As our Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring every piece of tech works perfectly. Your core duties will include:
- Troubleshooting and performing maintenance on a wide variety of venue equipment, including arcade games, bowling lane machinery, laser tag systems, and food & beverage appliances.
- Partnering closely with our Electronics Technician, Facilities Manager, and venue team to keep all departments running smoothly and efficiently.
- Owning the guest experience by ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly, minimising downtime and maximising fun for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Communicating clearly with team members and occasionally with guests, building great relationships as you work.
- Applying a proactive, problem-solving mindset to every task, keeping our venue’s magic alive from behind the scenes.
