Your Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our cleaning team, you’ll work in pairs to bring our purpose to life in clients’ homes. Your day will be active and varied, focusing on:
- Providing thorough, top-quality cleaning services in 3 to 5 different homes each day, following Molly Maid’s proven systems.
- Paying exceptional attention to detail in every task, from dusting and vacuuming to sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
- Building positive, respectful relationships with clients and their pets, delivering service with a smile.
- Working collaboratively and efficiently with your cleaning partner without the need for micromanagement.
- Safely operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and a company vehicle (if applicable).
- Upholding our core values in every interaction, representing the MOLLY MAID brand with professionalism and care.
What You Bring to Our Team
We are looking for local individuals who embody our values. The right person for this role will have:
- A valid, full G-class driver’s licence (a company car is provided for qualified drivers for work and personal use).
- You must currently live in Burlington, Oakville, or Waterdown. This is a firm requirement.
- A motivated, mature, and positive attitude with a genuine enjoyment of cleaning and helping others.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for great customer service.
- The ability to work effectively in a team of two and manage a fast-paced daily schedule.
- Reliability and the ability to pass a clean criminal background check (which we will conduct).
While experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or customer service is an asset, it is not required. We provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success.
