Your Role and Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizing Merry Maids’ specialised cleaning products, equipment, and proven procedures to provide a thorough, high-quality clean in each home.
  • Working safely and methodically, following all our guidelines to ensure your wellbeing and the care of our clients’ property.
  • Contributing to our positive team culture with reliability, a pleasant attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Building great rapport with clients and taking genuine pride in the quality of your work.

What You Bring to Our Team

We are looking for people with the right character and capability. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An excellent, positive attitude and a strong commitment to being a reliable team player.
  • Good communication and customer service skills to connect with clients and teammates.
  • The ability to read and follow cleaning instructions and differentiate between products.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs of equipment and to work in environments that may contain common household elements like pet hair, dust, or cleaning solutions.
  • A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel to various job sites (travel expenses are paid).
  • A respectful and understanding approach towards both co-workers and customers.

No prior professional cleaning experience? That’s okay. We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed and feel confident.
