About the Role
This position is a pivotal link between our APAC clients and internal teams at Diesel. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned wholesale accounts, ensuring operational excellence, strong business relationships, and achieving key performance targets. Your work will directly impact our brand’s presence and success in the vibrant South Asia and travel retail markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will oversee all aspects of account management, from customer service to performance analysis.
- Manage all customer service and after-sales requests for APAC wholesale accounts, including China travel retail and South Asia partners.
- Prepare detailed monthly KPI reports analyzing sell-out, sell-through, and inventory levels to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal Visual Merchandising, Training, Marketing, and Project teams to fulfill client operational needs and support brand initiatives.
- Liaise with regional and global customer service teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up for seasonal buying campaigns.
Qualifications for Success
We are looking for a candidate with a specific blend of experience, skills, and initiative.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in wholesale, account management, or a similar commercial role. Experience within the fashion or retail industry is a distinct advantage.
- Solid understanding of international shipping, logistics, and customs procedures.
- An independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented work style.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with clients and regional teams.
