Maid2Match is seeking Field Staff for permanent ongoing employee roles not contractor gig work. You will earn $36.21 per hour including super and vehicle allowance, with no nights and no weekends. We provide paid induction, ongoing training, all equipment, uniforms, and chemicals. If you have your own car, a valid driver’s licence, and at least two days availability Monday to Friday, we want to hear from you. No experience is required—just a reliable, can-do attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You will perform domestic cleaning, NDIS disability support cleaning, DVA cleaning, deep and spring cleaning, and bond cleans (which you can opt in or out of).
- You will work in clients’ homes, making life easier for families and NDIS clients.
- You will be paid for your time in client homes and for travel between jobs.
- You will receive paid training, with the length depending on your experience level.
- You will work Monday to Friday with no nights and no weekends.
What We’re Looking For
- You have your own car and a valid driver’s licence.
- You have a minimum of two days availability Monday to Friday—the more availability, the better.
- You are known as someone others can count on—the reliable one amongst friends and family.
- You have strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients.
- You are willing to complete paid training.
