Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be integral to our daily operations, handling a diverse range of tasks including:
- Performing accurate manual picking and packing of heating and cooling parts and equipment.
- Operating a forklift (high-reach experience preferred) for loading, unloading, and stock movement.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties such as receiving, dispatch, and maintaining a clean, organised store.
- Completing basic data entry and inventory tasks to support system accuracy.
- Assisting with occasional local deliveries to job sites as required.
- Embracing training to understand all aspects of our warehouse operations and product range.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with skills in pick/pack, dispatch-receiving.
- A current forklift licence, with experience operating high-reach forklifts being highly regarded.
- A strong team-player attitude, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.
- Physical fitness for manual handling and some lifting.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks.
- A willingness to learn and be trained in all warehouse procedures.
- A valid driver’s licence for occasional site deliveries.
