What You Will Be Doing
- You will be responsible for the daily operation of the laundry valet shop.
- You will assist customers with dropping off and picking up their laundry, and handle any enquiries they may have.
- You will process laundry items by sorting, folding, and carefully inspecting for stains or damage, reporting any issues to the relevant team.
- You will manage cash and credit card transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- You will input laundry records and customer information into the system.
- You will be required to work at different shop locations on Hong Kong Island as assigned by the company, including Admiralty, Sai Wan, or Repulse Bay.
What We Are Looking For
- You have experience in retail, customer service, or laundry operations though training will be provided for the right candidate.
- You are detail-oriented and can inspect garments carefully for stains or damage.
- You are comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions.
- You can input data accurately and maintain organized records.
- You are flexible and willing to work at different locations on Hong Kong Island as assigned.
- You have good communication skills and enjoy helping customers.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
