Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to office visitors and during internal meetings
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, office areas, and the pantry
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, wiping furniture, and emptying trash bins
- Wash cups, dishes, and utensils used by staff and visitors
- Monitor pantry supplies and assist with ordering snacks, beverages, and other items
- Prepare meeting rooms and assist with basic setup for office events or internal meetings
- Carry out general office errands and additional administrative support tasks when required
Qualifications
- Responsible and punctual with a strong professional attitude toward work
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization within a busy office environment
