Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough regular and deep cleaning services (including move-in/move-out cleans) in client homes, adhering to Home Spritz quality standards.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete all assigned jobs, working a minimum of 25+ hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday.
- Communicate directly and professionally with clients via our web-based platform to confirm details, address needs, and build rapport.
- Utilize your own reliable transportation and cleaning supplies to travel to and service client locations.
- Maintain a high level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism at every job.
Qualifications
This role is specifically for established professionals who meet stringent criteria for experience and reliability.
- A minimum of 3 years of verifiable, paid house cleaning or housekeeping experience is required, including regular and deep clean expertise.
- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to clear a police record check.
- Reliable personal transportation-access to your own vehicle is mandatory for traveling to clients.
- Fluency in written English and mid-level spoken English is necessary for client communication and platform use.
- Must be tech-savvy, comfortable with web-based communication platforms, and own a smartphone with ample data.
- Government-issued ID, references, and a proven track record of reliability are required.
