- You will manage your own schedule, parts inventory, and accurately complete all service reports and documentation.
- Participating in a shared on-call roster (approximately 1 week in 4) to provide after-hours support is a requirement of the role.
- Upholding the highest safety standards while working in various industrial manufacturing environments is paramount.
Qualifications
We are looking for a qualified technician with a strong foundation and the right attitude.
- You must hold a current New Zealand-recognised EAS (Electrical Appliance Serviceperson) licence or higher. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence is essential.
- You need strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read technical manuals, and work independently with confidence.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are just as important as your technical ability.
- We value reliability, a strong safety focus, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- While experience with industrial, packaging, or production equipment is a bonus, we provide full training and encourage applications from technicians early in their career who have the right electrical qualification and attitude.
