About the Role
As a Drainage Operator with TDM Construction, you’ll play a key role in installing technical, specialist, and large-scale drainage systems across a variety of projects. You’ll work alongside a skilled and experienced team, operating drainage excavators and using equipment such as trench shields in varied and challenging environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to health and safety. You’ll have the opportunity to work on major infrastructure developments, residential housing, and commercial projects, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a drainage excavator operator in civil construction.
- Proficiency in using equipment such as trench shields and operating safely in tight spaces.
- Strong work ethic with a motivated and proactive approach to tasks.
- Physically fit with a willingness to perform manual tasks as needed.
- Attention to detail, taking pride in quality workmanship and equipment care.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team or independently.
- Commitment to health and safety through safe plant operation and adherence to procedures.
- Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence required (WTR endorsements preferred).
