Your Key Responsibilities
You will be entrusted with the critical tasks that keep commerce and connections moving.
- Safely operate a company vehicle (motorbike, LGV, MGV, or HGV) to execute daily pick-up and delivery routes.
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at every stop.
- Handle packages with care during loading, unloading, and sorting.
- Accurately process shipping documentation and collect payments as required.
- Ensure all parcels are securely packed and organized within the vehicle.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company operating procedures.
- Solve delivery challenges proactively and maintain clear communication with the dispatch team.
What You’ll Need
We are looking for safe, responsible, and service-oriented individuals.
- A valid driving license relevant to the vehicle type (Motorbike, LGV, MGV, or HGV). Note: A license is not required for non-driving courier roles.
- At least one year of professional driving experience (where applicable).
- A secondary education or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying packages.
- A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
