Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas and tenant offices throughout the Grade-A office building.

- Control linen and uniform inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and proper maintenance.
- Handle staff performance, providing feedback and addressing any concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain records and reports related to cleaning operations, staff attendance, and inventory.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Respond to tenant requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Secondary School level with at least 5 HKCEE passes is required.
- 3 years or above experience in cleaning, linen and uniform control, property management, hotel field, or Grade-A office building.
- At least 1 year in a Supervisory position, leading a team of cleaners or housekeeping staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, tenants, and management.
- Computer literacy, particularly in software applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese are highly preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a sizable team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues as they arise.
