Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations across public areas and tenant offices within a Grade A office building
- Coordinate and manage a team of approximately 30 cleaners working across different sections of the property
- Monitor cleanliness standards to ensure all areas meet professional housekeeping expectations
- Organize work schedules and assign tasks to maintain efficient daily operations
- Manage linen, uniform inventory, and housekeeping supplies when required
- Communicate with property management and building tenants regarding service needs or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations and staff performance
Qualifications
- Secondary school education with at least five passes in HKCEE or equivalent qualification
- Minimum three years of experience in cleaning services, property management, hospitality, or hotel housekeeping environments
- At least one year of supervisory experience managing cleaning or housekeeping teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate staff and communicate with clients
- Basic computer literacy including familiarity with standard office software applications
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is highly preferred, as the role requires communication with team members and building management. Candidates with experience in large commercial properties or hotel style environments will be well suited to this position.
