Key Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools including squeegees, scrapers, and water fed poles to achieve streak free results.
- Mix and apply cleaning solution as needed to remove dirt, grime, and water spots from glass surfaces.
- Set up ladders, scaffolding, or lifts safely when working at heights, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures, especially when working on elevated surfaces or near electrical fixtures, to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Maintain and clean equipment and tools regularly to ensure they remain in good working condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall facility maintenance needs of clients.
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Function cooperatively as part of a team, taking direction and contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in window cleaning or general cleaning is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and with climbing equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and lifts. The ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team is essential. Candidates must be able to use cleaning tools and equipment effectively. Own transportation is required to travel to client sites. A strong attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance are essential. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.

This full time position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from CAD 19 to CAD 24 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
