What You Will Be Doing
- You will be running reefer freight across the lower 48, averaging 3,000+ miles every week to ensure those weekly paychecks stay strong.
- You will manage your time on the road with the support of our planning team, following schedules that keep you moving without unnecessary delays.
- You will take the truck home with you at the end of your run, and if you ever need help finding a secure place to park it, we are just a phone call away.
- You will participate in clean inspection programs, earning bonuses for keeping your rig looking sharp and professional.
- You will use the EFS fuel card at major stops like Pilot and Flying J, keeping you fueled up and on schedule.
What We Are Looking For
- You have a valid CDL-A and a solid driving record that shows you take safety seriously.
- You have experience with reefer or over-the-road freight and are comfortable with long hauls.
- You are comfortable with the latest technology, including the 3MD ELD and the forward-facing camera systems installed for safety.
- You are reliable and ready to commit to schedules that typically run either 3 weeks out with 3-4 days home, or 4 weeks out with a full week home.
- You understand that the first 10 weeks involve a $250 escrow deduction (fully refundable) as part of the onboarding process.
The Pay and The Perks
Let’s talk about what matters. You will earn between 65 and 70 cents per mile, which puts your weekly take-home pay in the $1,800 to $2,400 range depending on your hustle and the load. Payday hits your account every Friday via direct deposit, covering the previous Monday through Sunday. We also offer cash advances if you ever need a little boost between pay periods.
Beyond the paycheck, we make sure you are comfortable. Every truck comes with an APU, an inverter, a mini-fridge, and a microwave so you are not living out of a cooler.
