Key Responsibilities
- Clean and inspect guest rooms and common areas to established resort standards, ensuring every space meets our high expectations for cleanliness and presentation.
- Operate commercial washing and drying equipment in the laundry, handling linen used throughout our commercial operations.
- Sort, fold, and distribute linen throughout hotels and lodges, ensuring each department has what they need when they need it.
- Assist guests with general enquiries about resort and hotel facilities, providing friendly, helpful service.
- Clear snow from walkways, entrances, and staff access areas as required during winter operations, contributing to safety across the resort.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently as well as part of a close-knit team, supporting colleagues and sharing the workload.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies, making safety a priority in every task.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the resort.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. A positive, reliable, and can-do attitude is non-negotiable we are looking for people who bring energy and enthusiasm to their work. Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry operations is highly regarded but not required; we value the right attitude and willingness to learn. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to confidently drive a manual vehicle are required. Willingness to work in alpine and winter conditions, including early mornings or weekends, is essential.
