Key Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain Agri Hardware: You’ll be out on farms and commercial sites, setting up Levno gear, servicing existing equipment, and refurbishing hardware to keep it performing at its best.
- Troubleshoot and Fix on Site: When something’s not working right, you’ll roll up your sleeves, grab your tools, and diagnose the issue. Whether it’s wiring, connectivity, or mechanical faults, you’ll find the fix and get things back online.
- Validate Customer Estimates: Before starting work, you’ll review and confirm estimates for repairs and installations, ensuring customers know what to expect and there are no surprises.
- Work Safely with Tools: You’ll be comfortable operating drills, cabling equipment, and diagnostic tools, always following safe practices and taking care of yourself and those around you.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Farmers and clients will see you as the go-to person for Levno support. You’ll communicate clearly, listen to their needs, and build trust by being reliable, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
- Add Value for Clients: You’ll keep an eye out for opportunities to help customers get more from their technology—whether that’s recommending additional products or services that genuinely make their lives easier.

Qualifications
You’ll Bring:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a natural talent for troubleshooting you enjoy figuring out how things work and why they stop working.
- Practical, hands-on problem-solving skills, with confidence using tools and basic wiring (don’t worry, we provide full training to build on what you know).
- A self-motivated, mature approach to work. You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder; you take ownership and see tasks through to completion.
- A full, clean driver’s licence and genuine confidence behind the wheel of a 4WD Ute, including driving to rural and remote sites in all conditions.
- Reliability and punctuality. When you say you’ll be somewhere, you show up on time and ready to work.
- Keen attention to detail you notice the little things that others might miss.
- A team mindset. You’re hardworking, respectful, and the kind of person colleagues enjoy having around.
- Customer service skills that help you build genuine rapport with farmers and clients from all walks of life.
- Clear communication, both in conversation and in writing, for reporting, updates, and record-keeping.
- Physical fitness and resilience to work outdoors, whatever the weather throws at you.
- Basic IT skills for updating equipment, logging jobs, and keeping records straight.
