MC Truck Drivers Required In Australia

Total Harvesting, a leading locally-owned forestry contractor, is seeking dedicated Haulage Drivers to join our permanent team in Yornup. Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our haulage team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of our products. Your duties will include:

  • Safely operating B-Double and Road Train combinations to transport pine and bluegum logs, export, and bio chip.
  • Adhering to all route planning, load securement, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, following all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including fatigue management).
  • Conducting pre-start vehicle checks and maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure the seamless movement of large product volumes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current, unrestricted MC licence (preferred).
  • Experience operating B-Double and Road Train combinations.
  • A valid WA Fatigue Management Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
  • A current Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical (within 12 months).
  • A clean and responsible driving record.
  • A strong, unwavering commitment to workplace safety.
  • The ability to work early starts (from 2:30 AM) and shifts of 10-14 hours as required.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Experience in log/chip carting or with high centre of gravity loads is a distinct advantage.
