Key Responsibilities
In this dual-role position, you will ensure our guests transition smoothly from their travels to their rooms. Your daily mission includes:
- Professional Transport: Driving guests safely to and from the airport and designated local spots in our stylish shuttle van.
- Guest Assistance: Greeting guests with a smile, assisting with luggage, and escorting them to their rooms to ensure a high-end welcome.
- Concierge Support: Providing directions, local dining recommendations, and helpful information about the San Antonio area.
- Vehicle Care: Maintaining the shuttle van’s cleanliness and functionality so it’s always ready for the next run.
- Facility Upkeep: Assisting with the cleanliness of the motor entrance, lobby, and public spaces to maintain our modern aesthetic.
- Support Services: Delivering messages or packages and assisting the Housekeeping team as needed to keep operations running like clockwork.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Licensing: A valid state driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Prior experience driving for a hotel or in a similar service-heavy setting is highly preferred.
- Availability: A flexible schedule is a must to accommodate the 24/7 nature of travel.
- Soft Skills: A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others and “drive” our hotel to success.
