Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes on every job. Your core duties will include:
- Installing and servicing Bradnam’s full range of aluminium windows, sliding doors, bi-fold doors, and other products at customer sites.
- Assisting with on-site measurements and the assembly of products to ensure a perfect fit.
- Performing glass cutting, handling, and glazing as required for various projects.
- Conducting thorough quality checks on all aluminium and glass products before and after installation.
- Operating and maintaining a range of hand and power tools and machinery safely and proficiently.
- Prioritising safety by completing site risk assessments (JSA) and all necessary job paperwork, including install confirmations.
- Providing clear, professional communication and updates to both customers and branch team members.
Qualifications
To be successful in this hands-on trade role, you will need:
- A formal trade qualification as a Qualified Glazier.
- Proven commercial installation experience, with specific knowledge of aluminium joinery, sliding doors, and bi-fold doors.
- A valid Construction Safety White Card and a current Car Driver’s Licence with a clean record.
- Confidence and safety in using a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- A strong, demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, especially in glass handling.
- Excellent reliability, a team-player attitude, and the ability to follow processes and instructions carefully.
- A positive, self-motivated approach and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship on every job.
- Legal working rights within Australia.
