Key Responsibilities
You will be trained in our industry-leading system and become an expert in delivering exceptional service. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-quality whole-house cleaning services in different homes each day using our proven Detail-Clean Rotation System.
- Working efficiently with a partner to complete all tasks to our high standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performing a variety of cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Taking pride in your work and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Light lifting (under 15 lbs) and being on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals who embody our values. You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a great attitude, be a reliable team player, and take genuine pride in your work.
- Be willing to learn our specific cleaning methods (no prior experience required – we provide full training).
- Be physically able to be on your feet all day and handle light lifting.
- Be able to pass a standard background check.
- A valid driver’s licence is preferred.
