Key Responsibilities

In this essential operational role, your day will be varied and customer-focused. Key duties include:

  • Safely operating a company vehicle (motorbike, LGV, MGV, or HGV, as per role) for timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at every stop.
  • Accurately handling, sorting, and packing shipments to ensure safe transit.
  • Processing documentation and using handheld scanners for tracking and verification.
  • Representing the FedEx brand with integrity and a commitment to quality service.
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies on and off the road.

Qualifications

To be a part of our team, you will need:

  • A secondary education or equivalent.
  • A valid driving license appropriate for the role:
  • Motorbike License, or
  • Light Goods Vehicle (LGV) License, or
  • Medium Goods Vehicle (MGV) License, or
  • Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) License.
    (Note: A license is not applicable for Courier roles not requiring vehicle operation.)
  • At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
  • A strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Reliability, a good safety record, and the ability to work independently.
