Key Responsibilities
Your primary mission is safety, service, and maintaining our high standards. Key duties include:
- Vigilantly monitoring Guest activities at pools and Inspiration Lake to ensure safety and enforce regulations.
- Performing rescues and providing first aid treatment when necessary.
- Greeting Guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, proactively answering questions and providing assistance.
- Conducting general care and cleaning of the pool area and performing basic water quality tests.
- Completing required reports such as pool attendance logs and performing other duties as assigned.
- Working at various locations across the resort, including outdoor areas.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid Pool Lifeguard Award- Pool Lifeguard Management Award – Advanced Pool Lifeguard Award issued by the Hong Kong Life Saving Society or equivalent.
- A valid First Aid Certificate issued by the Hong Kong St. John Ambulance, Hong Kong Red Cross, Auxiliary Medical Service, or equivalent.
- Strong observational skills and a proactive approach to safety and Guest service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, engaging demeanour.
- Flexibility to work shifts according to a company roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to work in different locations across the resort.
