Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of finish across a range of commercial sites. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Performing thorough surface preparation and applying high-quality paint finishes to commercial building interiors and exteriors.
- Conducting scheduled maintenance painting, along with touch-up and repair work to address wear and tear.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven, hands-on experience in commercial painting and general property maintenance.

- Sound knowledge of and adherence to workplace health and safety practices.
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
