Key Responsibilities
- Work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy work environment.
- Support patient safety initiatives, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and customer service.
- Assist with inventory management and workflow management, excluding final prescription verification.
- Keep customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs.

Qualifications
Candidates must be accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy. Zero to three years of relevant work experience is required. Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and or technician licensure as required. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Candidates must complete all required training within state guidelines and the required timeframe. Physical requirements include the ability to have regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends, be mobile and remain upright for extended periods, lift, scan, and bag items, use finger dexterity for picking, pinching, and typing, reach overhead, extend hands and arms in multiple directions, adjust machines to exact positions, stoop to a considerable degree, have close visual acuity for transcribing and viewing a computer terminal, and orally communicate information and instructions. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds is required. Immunization eligibility is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
