We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle incoming and outgoing stock accurately, timely, and safely. This is a physical role that requires lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day, with team lifting for items over 51-99 pounds. You will work closely in a team environment to complete daily tasks and goals, verifying receiving and shipping documents, operating packaging and material movement equipment, and working with and around forklifts and conveyor systems. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, place, and load incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all handling.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.
- Team lift items over 51-99 pounds as needed throughout the course of the day, working safely with colleagues.
- Verify receiving and shipping documents, ensuring accurate product counts and documentation.
- Operate packaging and material movement equipment according to company procedures.
- Work closely in a team environment to complete daily tasks and goals, supporting colleagues and sharing the workload.
- Stand and walk continuously for up to eight hours per day.
- Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach heights on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.
- Grasp, push, and pull materials on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.
- Reach and work above and below shoulder level on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.
- Work with and around forklifts and conveyor systems safely and attentively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Skills:
- Understand product descriptions, SKU numbers, and PO numbers.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Reading comprehension and ability to communicate in writing.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.
- Team lift items over 51-99 pounds through the course of the day.
- Stand and walk continuously for up to eight hours per day.
- Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach heights on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.

The anticipated rate for this position is $23.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Harbor Freight Tools offers comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates and their families, including early access to pay, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates can enroll in the company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays.
