Key Responsibilities
As the heart of our overnight operations, you will ensure our club meets the highest standards of cleanliness and member service. Your duties will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all club areas, including restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and the Black Card Spa.
- Operating floor scrubbers and vacuums, disposing of trash, and restocking all supplies.
- Cleaning high areas (ceilings, fans, TVs) and reporting any maintenance needs to the Club Manager.
- Operating laundry equipment and maintaining all cleaning tools.
- Providing exceptional member service by greeting late-night/early-morning guests, answering phones, and assisting with inquiries.
- Conducting comprehensive walks of the club to address any safety or cleanliness issues promptly.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable individual who embodies our positive culture. You must:
- Be able to work the overnight shift reliably.
- Exhibit a positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Be punctual, dependable, and take pride in your work.
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to listen and empathize.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
- Have basic computer proficiency.
- Possess the physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
