Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the warehouse team with a sharp focus on safety, quality, and on time in full shipments, setting clear expectations and modeling best practices daily
  • Engage team members to build a high engagement culture where individuals feel valued and motivated to perform at their best
  • Support upskilling initiatives and develop team capabilities to drive performance and prepare the workforce for future operational needs
  • Review and plan daily operations in collaboration with internal and external teams to optimize capacity management across assets, equipment, systems, and labor
  • Manage warehouse costs and support achievement of plant targets including Perfect Order Rate, productivity, and equipment efficiency goals
  • Serve as overall warehouse owner, working with facility, engineering, and cleaning services to maintain Good Manufacturing Practice standards, 6S organization, and overall housekeeping
  • Lead the team in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and site master planning to drive operational excellence in quality, accuracy, capacity, and productivity
  • Support inventory control by ensuring cycle counts are performed as required to maintain inventory accuracy

Qualifications

A strong background in warehouse supervision or management with more than three years of experience in a high mix, compact intra logistics environment is highly valued. You should demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment across functions such as production, planning, transport, and customer service. Proven experience in people management, change management, and upskilling team members is essential. Familiarity with automated storage and retrieval systems, automated guided vehicles, SAP EWM, and warehouse management systems such as WAMAS is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. This role requires the ability to perform alternating shift work on a Monday to Friday schedule, rotating between morning and afternoon shifts.
