This is a temp-to-perm position with a 4-day work week: Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour. What You’ll Do
- Prepare small and large assemblies for painting.
- Apply primers, paints, and industrial coatings to finished products.
- Operate and maintain paint booths, spray equipment, and related tools.
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following PPE and safety requirements.
- Work with your team to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
- Perform material handling duties, including lifting up to 80 pounds and operating industrial equipment as needed.
