Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer – Car Washer at 3410 S McKenzie St, Foley, AL 36535, offering a starting pay of US$15 per hour for a 40-hour workweek. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in vehicle cleanliness, safety, and customer service. You will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing cars, trucks, and vans to meet Enterprise’s high standards for customer rentals.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry standards
- Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
- Inspect fuel levels, fluid levels, tires, warning lights, and windshields
- Perform factory reset on vehicles and ensure registration and customer items are accounted for
- Fuel and stage vehicles for customer rental
- Report vehicle damage, safety concerns, or warning lights
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- Operate equipment like carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, odors, and debris
- Assist customers as needed, including occasional transport to/from branches
- Maintain overall site appearance: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, parking lots, and branch exterior areas
- Continuously improve performance through self-assessment, training, and goal-setting
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Schedule
- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: 9am–6pm
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 8am–6pm
- Thursday: 8am–6pm
- Friday: 9am–6pm
- Saturday: 8am–1pm
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations-at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years
- At least 6 consecutive months of prior work-organizational experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Living within 30 minutes of the location
- Ability to safely lift, bend, and work outdoors in various conditions
