Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest apartments after checkout, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Make beds, replace linens, replenish guest amenities, and ensure rooms meet presentation standards.
- Maintain common areas such as walkways, stairwells, laundry facilities, and recreational spaces.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop floors, dust surfaces, and sanitise high-touch areas.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchenettes in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Remove rubbish and ensure proper waste disposal according to local regulations.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Monitor cleaning supply stock levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely, including vacuum cleaners and other commercial tools.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including the safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
Qualifications
