Key Responsibilities
- Operating Class 2 heavy vehicle high lifter trucks to deliver catering supplies to aircraft
- Loading and unloading inbound airline supplies with precision and care
- Communicating effectively with team members and airline staff to coordinate deliveries
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing basic checks for safety and functionality
- Assisting with packing non-food supplies during downtime between flights
- Following all airport and company safety protocols at all times
- Reporting any incidents, damages, or discrepancies promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid Class 2 Heavy Vehicle driver license with manual gearbox experience
- Strong communication skills in clear spoken English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Availability across seven days on a five-day roster, with flexibility for alternative shifts
Preferred qualifications include forkhoist certification and experience in a food manufacturing or airline catering environment. A clean criminal record is required. Reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
