As an Online Shopper, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by carefully selecting, packing, and organizing items for online orders. You’ll be selecting fresh, high-quality products as if you were shopping for yourself, ensuring every order meets our high standards. The hours are Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, giving you a consistent schedule with early starts. If you have strong attention to detail, a customer-focused attitude, and a valid NZ driver’s license, we want to hear from you. Previous experience is an advantage, but full training is provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack online customer orders accurately, ensuring every item is correctly selected and accounted for.
- Select fresh, high-quality products as if shopping for yourself, maintaining our reputation for quality.
- Work efficiently to meet order deadlines, managing your time effectively during busy periods.
- Assist customers and team members when required, providing friendly, helpful service.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout your shift, following all hygiene protocols.
- Ensure orders are packed securely and attractively, ready for customer pickup or delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including food safety and health regulations.
- Arrive reliably and punctually for early morning shifts, ready to start work at 6:00 am.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the online shopping department.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail is essential accuracy matters in every order.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues when needed.
- Customer-focused attitude, understanding that every order represents a real customer.
- Previous retail or online shopping experience is an advantage, but full training is provided.
- Must have a valid NZ driver’s license.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the store during your shift.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
