MaidPro is looking for people to join our residential cleaning team. This is a full-time role where you’ll go into homes and make them shine bathrooms, kitchens, floors, everything. If you’re the type of person who notices when something’s out of place and takes pride in fixing it, this could be a great fit. No cleaning experience? No problem at all. We’ll train you on everything you need to know. We’re looking for reliability, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
- Cleaning residential homes: You’ll follow our 49-point checklist to make sure every job is thorough and consistent.
- Bathrooms and kitchens: You’ll sanitize toilets, showers, sinks, kitchen fixtures, and appliances until they sparkle.
- Dusting everything: Ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, chairs—if it collects dust, you’ll hit it.
- Floors: You’ll vacuum and mop all types of flooring, leaving them clean and fresh.
- Home organization and staging: Sometimes you’ll help tidy up, arrange things nicely, or add those little touches that make a home look its best.
- Working alone or with a partner: Depending on your location, you might work solo or alongside another team member.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills you’ll be in people’s homes, so being friendly and respectful matters.
- Punctuality and reliability with strong time management. If you say you’ll be there, you show up.
- Attention to detail. We’re looking for people who love to make things look good and shine.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as part of your regular duties.
- Comfort standing for long periods throughout your shift.
- Willingness to work in homes that have pets they’re part of the family too.
- No cleaning experience? That’s fine. We’ll train you.
- A positive attitude and the desire to do good work.
