About the Role
As a Hotel Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, stocking trolleys with supplies, and meeting guest requests promptly and professionally. This role requires someone who can work quickly and enthusiastically, both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-presented.
- Clean and tidy public spaces throughout the hotel.
- Stock trolleys with cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Meet guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Work efficiently and enthusiastically, both independently and as part of a team.
- Support laundry operations as needed, including handling linens and uniforms.
