About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Uniform, Linen, and Laundry sections.
- Operate laundry machines and tailoring equipment to clean, press, and maintain uniforms and linens.
- Ensure all items are handled with care and meet the hotel’s quality standards.
- Deliver an exceptional and consistent level of service to all customers.
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and adaptable assistance at all times.
