Key Responsibilities

As a Fleet Customer Experience Cleaning Attendant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring Sydney Trains delivers on its strategic objective of improving customer satisfaction and cleanliness levels for our services.

  • Provide consistent, high-quality general and deep cleaning to Customer Experience Centres and Stabling Yards across Sydney.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to maintain cleanliness standards that matter to the people of NSW.
  • Follow safety protocols and prioritize customer service in every task.
  • Depending on your role, you’ll work at one of 39 locations across Sydney in either:
  • Full-time positions on 24-hour rotating rosters, primarily night work, cleaning trains at Maintenance Yards.
  • Primarily part-time positions with day and afternoon shifts based at stations.

About You

We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to go above and beyond for customers.

Essential Qualities:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure high standards are met daily.
  • Enjoy going above and beyond for customer service.
  • Safety-conscious in all aspects of your work.
  • Willing and able to commit to a 24-7 rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, evenings, and weekends.
