Key Responsibilities
For Foreman Roles:
- Oversee the daily cleaning tasks of your team, making sure everyone knows their assignments and completes them properly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets the required standards.
- Step in quickly to handle any emergencies or unexpected issues that may come up during shifts.
- Coordinate with site management and report any concerns or maintenance needs.
- Help train new cleaners and guide less experienced team members.
For Cleaner Roles:
- Perform general cleaning duties at your assigned location, keeping areas tidy and presentable.
- Follow the daily schedule and instructions from your supervisor.
- Look after cleaning equipment and supplies, letting the team know when something needs replenishing.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues you notice on site.
- Work alongside your teammates to make sure the whole site looks its best.
Qualifications
For All Applicants:
- Completed at least Form 3 education.
- Able to communicate in basic Cantonese, and read and write simple Chinese.
- Willing to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
For Cleaner Roles:
- No prior experience or specific education level is strictly required. We’re happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to work.
For Foreman Roles:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in cleaning services.
- Previous experience supervising or guiding other team members is a plus.
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Supervisor position with greater responsibility.
