BIC Consolidated is seeking dedicated and reliable cleaners to join our growing Commercial Cleaning Team in Melbourne, VIC. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients, their staff, and visitors. Our cleaners ensure each site meets presentation and hygiene standards that reflect our clients’ brand image. Multiple positions are available across various client sites in Melbourne CBD. Due to site requirements, a current Police Check is a non-negotiable requirement applicants without one will not be considered.

Duties Include
- Cleaning and maintaining commercial facilities such as offices, meeting rooms, lobbies, toilets, kitchens, and common areas.
- Performing routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
- Daily dishwashing and kitchen maintenance within tenancies.
- Cleaning glass, windows, and other surfaces to ensure a polished presentation.
- Replenishing consumables and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked.
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors or site managers.
- Ensuring cleaning equipment is used, stored, and maintained correctly.
- Following cleaning schedules and site-specific procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

To Be Considered for This Role, Applicants MUST Have
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent presentation.
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable approach.
- Good command of the English language.
- A Police Clearance Certificate, Tax File Number, and Superannuation details.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred).
