We’re looking for an enthusiastic go-getter with extensive experience in building concrete foundations—specifically Ribraft Foundations, thickened edge slabs, and split-level block projects. If you have full proficiency in reading plans and can guide a small team in constructing complex foundations, we want to hear from you. The hourly rate is $35 to $42, with guaranteed minimum hours and awesome remuneration for the right candidate.

Ideal Experience and Skills
- Extensive experience in building Concrete Foundations, including Ribraft Foundations, thickened edge slabs, and split-level block projects.
- Full proficiency in reading plans this is essential, as we cannot provide onsite training.
- Thrive both independently and in a team setting.
- Love meeting deadlines and keeping things on track.
- Champion Health and Safety practices.
- Communicate like a pro.
- Build strong relationships with our valued clients.
- Lead a small crew on-site with confidence.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a knack for bringing plans to life.
- Hold a valid full NZ Driver Licence.
