Key Responsibilities
In this community-focused role, you will maintain a clean and welcoming environment for the sorority members. Your duties will include:
- Performing thorough cleaning of all public areas, including sitting areas, hallways, restrooms, showers, kitchenettes, and stairwells.
- Following a flexible daily schedule, completing tasks between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Interacting cheerfully and professionally with clients while cleaning.
- Using a smartphone to clock in/out and communicate via our company app.
- Upholding our strict quality standards with a diligent, no-shortcuts approach.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a cheerful, relatable personality.
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and pride in your craft.
- Own reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling and communication.
- The ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for 6-7 hours per day.
