Key Responsibilities
As an independent professional with our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning services to our clients. Your core duties will include:
- Performing thorough, detail-oriented residential cleaning based on client checklists and our high standards.
- Providing your own reliable transportation, cleaning supplies, and vacuum to travel to and from job sites.
- Managing your time effectively to complete all assigned jobs within scheduled windows.
- Communicating professionally and promptly with our office team regarding scheduling, job status, or any on-site issues.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and respecting clients’ homes and privacy at all times.
Qualifications
To be a successful member of our team, you must have:
- A minimum of 1+ year of professional residential cleaning experience.
- Your own full set of cleaning supplies and a vacuum.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel within our service areas (Brownstown, Commerce, Ann Arbor, Dearborn).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- The ability to commute to/from our operational base in Novi, MI.
